Verdant Agriculture is a proposed tokenized agricultural-land model designed to give eligible participants exposure to defined economic rights connected to individual square-metre units. Fundshing provided the ERC-3643 tokenization solution, ecosystem development and introductions to specialist compliance partners. The structure, investor rights and any revenue allocation remain subject to final legal, regulatory and transaction approvals.
Business need
What the team needs to solve
Verdant Agriculture sought a transparent, scalable way to represent defined interests connected to agricultural land, while creating a clear framework for participation in the monetisation of individual land units. The project required a controlled token architecture, a well-defined economic model and specialist legal and compliance input for the applicable land, securities, tax and investor-protection requirements.
Solution
How the workflow is structured
Fundshing delivered a proposed tokenization framework in which each token is mapped to a defined square-metre reference within the project’s approved legal and economic structure. The token does not itself constitute direct legal title to land; the associated rights must be established in the final contractual and offering documentation. Fundshing implemented an ERC-3643-based permissioned-token approach, supporting configurable investor eligibility and transfer controls, and developed the surrounding ecosystem concept. ERC-3643 is designed for permissioned tokens using identity and compliance rules, but its use does not replace legal or regulatory compliance. Fundshing also introduced specialist compliance partners; all legal, regulated and fiduciary activities remain the responsibility of the issuer and appointed professional providers.

Implementation guide
A practical sequence for this use case.
01Define the land units, project boundaries and intended economic rights
02Engage specialist counsel to determine the appropriate legal, land and offering structure
03Document the proposed monetisation methodology, costs, risks and allocation mechanics
04Confirm whether an allocation of up to 50% of relevant net monetisation proceeds is appropriate and legally supportable
05Appoint the required compliance and operational providers
06Configure ERC-3643 token permissions and transfer rules to reflect approved requirements
07Map each issued token to the approved unit reference and contractual documentation
08Enable issuance and participant access only after all required approvals and controls are in place
