Fundshing S.R.L. (registered in Romania) (“Fundshing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a digital advisory, exposure, and technology platform for showcasing projects and enabling users to express interest in them.

Information made available on the platform, including project details, projections, expected returns, financial data, and related materials, is generally provided by project issuers or other third parties and is for informational purposes only.

• All data, forecasts, ROI percentages, and financial metrics are provided by issuers.
• Issuers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions, including but not limited to MiCA, Prospectus Regulation, and applicable AML/CTF requirements where relevant.
• Fundshing does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completeness of issuer-provided information.

• Backers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, risk assessments, and obtaining independent professional advice before making unknown financial commitment.
• By engaging with projects on the platform, backers acknowledge that they are acting on their own initiative and judgment.
• Any investment or token purchase may be subject to loss of capital, illiquidity, regulatory restrictions, and project failure.

• Investments in crypto-assets, tokenized projects, or early-stage ventures are highly speculative and involve a substantial risk of loss.

• investment or commitment decisions made by backers;
• issuer non-performance, insolvency, misrepresentation, or fraud;
• technical malfunctions, delays, or interruptions of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundshing’s liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to Fundshing (if unknown) in the preceding 12 months.

• Nothing on the platform constitutes or should be construed as an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, tokens, or financial instruments by Fundshing.
• Nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation or endorsement of unknown project, issuer, or token.

Any offering documents, subscription agreements, or token sale materials are provided directly by issuers, outside Fundshing’s control.

• Access to certain projects may be restricted in jurisdictions where token offerings, digital assets, or related activities are prohibited or regulated.
• Fundshing does not represent that projects are suitable for or available in all jurisdictions.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with local laws and applicable EU or other relevant regulatory regimes.

Fundshing processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge that acceptance of this Disclaimer forms part of the data-processing framework required for platform access.

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
