Precious Metals and Digital Assets
AGCoin was conceived as a digital precious-metals ecosystem focused on silver-backed assets, tokenized vault deposits and a supporting application layer. Fundshing supported ecosystem development, whitepaper and tokenomics development, application development and international project representation. Fundshing also connected the project with Swiss legal counsel for the proposed Swiss SPV structure.
AGCoin required a cohesive operating concept that could connect a silver-focused business model, token utility, digital-product development, market positioning and an appropriate legal-structuring process. The project needed clear documentation, a practical tokenomics framework, a usable application experience and access to specialist legal support in Switzerland.
Fundshing supported the development of AGCoin’s broader ecosystem, including its project concept, whitepaper, tokenomics framework, application development and Dubai event representation. Fundshing introduced the project to Swiss legal counsel in Zurich for the proposed Swiss SPV structure. The appointed legal counsel was responsible for legal analysis, entity structuring and applicable regulatory documentation. Fundshing’s role was limited to technology, product, ecosystem and coordination support.
